Customers who sign up and reach a threshold of 60 total shipments (based on pickup date) for one calendar month will unlock carbon neutrality for all ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Direct® shipments the following month at no extra cost to the customer.
Eligibility is contingent upon having opted into the Frequent ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½er program prior to the end of the calendar month in which the 60-shipment threshold is met. The shipment count will be calculated based on the number of shipments picked up (any mode) within a calendar month and the carbon offsets earned will be applied only to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Direct® shipments that are picked up in the following calendar month.

The Frequent ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½er program is free of charge to the customer. Simply sign up and earn carbon neutrality on your ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Direct® shipments when you reach 60 total shipments in the previous month.

No, you will need to sign up on our website in order for us to add you to either of the programs. Sign up for the Frequent ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½er program above.
If you don’t meet the 60 total shipment requirement in a given month, you will not receive automatic carbon neutrality on any ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½Direct® shipments for the next month. However, you’ll have an opportunity to meet that requirement again since qualification resets on the 1st of every month.

Frequent ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½er Program:
ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ may revise or terminate the Frequent ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½er program at any time. You may choose to opt out of the program by sending an email to sustainability@flockfreight.com. This program is not intended to alter any previous agreement covering carbon credits contained in a separate executed written contract between your company and ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.
